University Science Malaysia was established by the British in 1969. In addition, Centre for Instructional Technology and
Multimedia (CITM) was established by UNESCO to provide the university with all teaching with technologies. English was the
language of delivery for all my courses.
Responsible for Instructional Technology teaching and research for University Science Malaysia. Acted as an online learning
(included LMS, Moodle and MOOCs) advisor for the University centered around e-learning, SRL, Flipped classroom and
Learning Management Systems. Also, handpicked for excellent performance and responsibility for further software (Java)
certification at Carnegie Mellon University, USA (Ranked No. 1 in software engineering). Constantly involve in strategic planning
and management for better operation of university.
