Goal:
• To introduce the idea of positive psychology and character strengths to
my team at work to help contribute to well being and team cohesion
Objectives:
1. To teach core concepts and the value of positive psychology and
character strengths
2. To provide the opportunity for others to become involved in positive
psychology practice
3. To cultivate team cohesion through shared experience and group
practice
