The Creator's Creation When it comes to viewing the world, there are many different ways to do so.
Astonishingly, there is an abundance of ways to view the world and the existing power that dwell
within it. Everyone develops their own view of the world, sometimes agreeing with other
worldviews, and sometimes disagreeing. Having different worldviews causes people to interpret the
world differently. According to the theistic worldview,God is the ultimate reality, but "Enuma
Elish," and "The Epic of Gilgamesh," depicts that other deities maintain absolute power. Though an
innumerable amount of world views exists, the Theistic worldview ranks superior.
Within "Enuma Elish," the Babylonians gave an account of how they believed the world was
formed. The gods were viewed as most important, and supposedly had absolute power, however,
these gods were not preexisting, nor all powerful. "I shall appoint my holy chambers / I shall
establish my kingship"(V.32.7–8). The gods were believed to rule over everything that occurred in
the universe. Contrary to the most high God, the gods depicted in Enuma Elish were self centered,
arrogant bigots. According to this myth, humans were created to serve the gods. "I shall create
humankind, they shall bear the gods' burdens that those may rest"(VI.33.6–7–8). Marduk, the creator

Reflection Paper on Creativity Throughout this creative arts class, I have learned much about
creativity and how it fits in our world around us. I see myself as creative person and am so thankful
that I understand and appreciate God's gift of creativity given to us. We are to use our creativity to
glorify God in all that we do. I appreciate all of God's creation and use it to be more creative. My
views of creativity have changed by learning more about how creativity has been valued over time in
our cultures. Creativity is essential for sustainability in the future. I believe that creativity will
continue to change over time. Werner (2000) sums this up, "I believe that as our lives and our

What defines a monster? Is it their grotesque, unnatural appearance that separates them from the
rest of mankind, or is it their lack of remorse and compassion that makes them different? The word
monster conjures up figures from gothic horror of exotic peoples with horrifyingly exaggerated
features, and the kinds of impossible delusive beasts inhabiting the pages of medieval bestiaries.
Well at first I thought exactly that. When I used to hear the word "monster", my mind
immediately pictured the petrifying beast that took residence under my bed for a substantial
portion of my childhood. It had demonic beating red eyes, razor sharp teeth that glistened with

The Creation Of A Complex Within A Character
The creation of a complex within a character is important to the development of the character as a
whole. Authors allow the reader to make assumptions about their character based on the two options
created using this complex. After reading John Milton's Paradise Lost, the creature of Mary Shelley's
Frankenstein creates a complex within himself about whether he is evil, like that of Lucifer, or
good, as if he was Adam. Of the two, the creature is more like the envious Lucifer in Heaven than
that of a child like Adam in Eden. The creature displays more qualities of Lucifer; his abandonment,
eternal suffering, and a vengeful attitude towards their creators. However, he displays the newborn
and solitary qualities that Adam possesses.
Mary Shelley's creature is most like the envious Lucifer, who was stricken from Heaven for his envy
of his creator. Lucifer was cast from Heaven, permitted to do as he pleased while God went about his
business. The creature was also abandoned by his creator after he viewed the creature. "Unable to
endure the aspect of the being I had created, I rushed out of the room, and continued a long time
traversing my bedchamber, unable to compose my mind to sleep" (Shelley 43). When Victor

creation. Within Greek mythology, the known power who created the humans is the Titan
Prometheus. He was known as one of the Titans who sided with the gods in the Titanomachy (the

What is the relationship and the responsibility between creator and the created? In the novel
Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, this is the question proposed throughout the entirety of the story. In

I believe Victor Frankenstein was responsible for his creature's actions. He had many chances to
help but he was a too much of a coward. For example, Frankenstein could have helped Justine but
he was too scared to speak up. It was his fault she was in jail and it was his fault she died. She was
accused of killing William because Victor's Monster put the necklace in her pocket.
Frankenstein felt responsible for his younger brother's death when he realized that the monster he

He had only one friend, Clerval. His choice for a wife was a person he called "cousin", but in fact
was his adopted sister. Did Victor create this so–called "monster" to have a friend, the one thing the
monster wished for? Victor denied his friendship to the monster, but why? The joy of creating life,

law–abiding citizen, he or she may not necessarily be moral.
The morality of an individual is also based on his or her childhood. Parents have an immense effect

to be honest and true, and to have integrity, then it is likely that the child will grow up with these
morals instilled within them. However, some children grow to be the antithesis of their parents.
They see that their parents are immoral and so they intentionally grow to think and behave
differently. If so, is the child immoral for defying his or her parents, or is the child moral for
defying his or her immoral parents?
Another factor in determining one's morals is one's religiosity. For instance, some religions, such as
Hinduism, believe in animal sacrifices as a way of worshiping; however, other religions, such as
Catholicism, do not. Thus, to a Catholic, the sacrifice of innocent animals may seem immoral
whereas followers of the Hindu religion view the practice as sacred. Therefore, one cannot conclude

While reading and learning more about creator language i learned that i do not use creator
language. If anything i use my inner critic the more than anything. I find myself blaming myself
more that i blame others, or even trying to find a solution to my problem. For example sometimes

The Creation in Frankenstein did not owe Victor anything. Victor did the monster wrong by
creating him in the first place. The monster went through so many hardships by being an outcast
and a looser. But to top it all off he felt abandoned and lost because when his creator first saw him

I believe that the use of electricity in healthcare is more important than the use of penicillin because
of the x–rays, MRI scans, life support machines, cat scans, ultrasound, surgery lighting, heart rate
monitors, incubators and loads of other much needed specialist equipment. This equipment has
over the years helped to save millions of lives and although penicillin helps to treat the odd few
illnesses it doesn't help to run a well equipped hospital which saves even more lives with the billions

Without electricity there would be no light and it would constantly be dark from around 4pm ever

This student is very creative and expressive in all areas. She is able to generate original ideas and
discover the positive or negative effect. She has a difficult time making a decision at times
because of her indecisiveness. I have seen her make a list of ideas, she finds the good and bad in

groups, it is a challenge for her to explain her thinking on a level which peers will understand. She
does not come across bossy, but spacey at times. She finds relating to children her own age difficult.

heaven and earth" which to me means that God the Father created all that I can call part of me,
from my physical features to my conscience and soul. Before I was even born, He knew

make changes to something that already exists. Creative people have many attributes such as
openness to new experiences, observance, curiosity, personal freedom, a willingness to take risks,

It would be good for me to develop non–attachment also as I can't get attached to things I do and I
always want my preferences. It would also be good for me to develop skills that could be used in a

when brought upon a person who is doing something creative, will undermine both the intrinsic
interest and creative potential of the project. The six factors are:
1.Expected Evaluation: If a person is expecting somebody to be evaluating their work they will
worry about criticisms the person might make. The pressure will cause a person's creativity to be
restricted.
2.Surveillance: Creativity would also be harmed if there is a person constantly peering over your
shoulder as you are trying to be creative.
3.Reward: Although the incentive of a reward might help someone, it might also harm creativity as
I believe a person would be trying to hard to do something they cant and also trying to make
something to perfect and never accepting the good work they have done.
4.Competition: If a person is in competition with another they might focus all their energy on the
competition rather than creativity of the project.
5.Restricted Choice: If people have boundaries in what they are
