my experience with formal evaluation

EL BOSQUE UNIVERSITY <br />NAME: Lee po yi (Matias)<br />MATERIA: Evaluation ELT<br />TEACHER: Alexandra Gomez <br />Write an Essay about your experience with assessment - Evaluation strategies as a student or as a teacher. <br />I talk about my experience when I was in the school . the teachers they almost <br />always used a formal Evaluation to evaluate us . likes exams . and the exams it <br />sometimes could be writing exam or oral exam . and the strategies from teachers <br />they don’t use a specific strategy , they just give the 3 or 4 pages of exam and the <br />students just answer all the questions that’s all . and the teacher almost never <br />do the clear explanation about it . <br />In my own opinion the formal evaluation it is good , but I think most of the <br />students they prefer assessment form , because it has many possibility to let <br />student show their strengths in different ways . and also assessment form it is <br />less stressful and is more wide than formal evaluation . <br />The formal evaluation it is only one way to evaluate students , and the students <br />they can’t have another form . so when students lose their formal evaluation in <br />this case an exam , they are going to lost the semester so I think it could be better <br />whether teacher change in assessment form .<br />
