This document outlines a business proposal to simplify the purchase and delivery of wines produced by local wineries in Amador and El Dorado Counties. The business will select wines to offer online in bundles categorized by varietal and description. Purchased wines will be delivered for free to homes in the Folsom to Placerville area. This new distribution model aims to increase enjoyment and access to locally made wines for local customers through an easy online shopping experience and home delivery. Interested wineries can work with the business by selling wine inventory directly that will be stored and promoted for sale until sold out.

than ninety wineries that are diverse and
geographically spread out amongst the two
counties
• Most wineries are offering 8+ varietals plus
blends which can make the selection process
for customers overwhelming
• As a result, we can improve the access,
convenience, and shopping of locally made
wines
