After that, we will review Place Value, composite number and prime number in Math. Next, we will read a story from Junior Great Books. (JGB)

2. Please copy this down in your reading notebook. September 12 th , 2011 Good morning class! Yesterday was Chinese Mid-Autumn’s day. It is a holiday to celebrate family reunion, just like Thanksgiving. Today, we will learn the meanings of factor and product. Then , we will read the story “Thank you, M’am” again and study the characters in the story. In the afternoon, we will celebrate Raul’s birthday!

3. Please copy down into your reading notebook. September 14, 2011 Good morning class! In first period, you will choose a book from our classroom library to read and complete a reading note. Then , we will discuss character traits for “Thank you, M’am”. After that , we will read a new story. In the afternoon, we will practice Math and Science.

Then , we will discuss more about our Unite One big question. After that, I will read a new story to you called “Apple Pie 4 th of July”. In the afternoon , we will continue our JGB lesson. Finally, we will review the continents and the oceans.
