So much news but a lot of it was going on in the background with the committee
beavering away! We have changed our logo to better reflect what we are about,
as a group and to account for the changes Diabetes UK have made to their logo
with the recent rebranding they have undertaken but we wanted to ensure we
kept our ‘Lancelots’ somewhere in the logo.
Our Facebook group is steadily growing in size and usage and the feedback we
have received is very positive. We have a notice board in the clinic at Ormskirk
hospital which has lots of information regarding events and these events are
also on our website www.thelancelotschildrensdiabeticclub.co.uk and on our
facebook page www.facebook.com/groups/Lancelots so please keep checking
them all.
We have some exciting events coming up which include, ‘Easter Egg Quiz’, ‘Fun
Day’ in the summer, ‘Squirrel Hunt’ in the autumn and ‘Christmas Party’, yes
you’ve guessed in December. Details will be available nearer the time.
