This document is a newsletter from The Lancelots Children's Diabetic Club providing updates on events and activities. It announces that five children from the group attended an educational week funded by the club. Upcoming events include a Christmas party in December and a pantomime outing at the end of the month. It also provides bonus ball lottery numbers, contact details, and congratulates members who have achieved milestones or fundraising efforts.

Welcome back after the summer break, I couldn’t make the last
group outing but I believe it was a fantastic day at Camelot!

I think most of the children are back at school now and you have all done the
dreaded ‘talk to the school about diabetes’ and hopefully the children are all
settled into their new year groups successfully.
We had five children from our group, part funded by the group, who went on a
DUK educational week. The children really benefit from this week and it’s also
good fun, I’m hoping to get some feedback from the children themselves very
soon, watch this space!
It would be great if the family’s that went on the DUK weekends could send us
some feedback as well.
We have lots of exciting events coming up and they are listed on our webpage
and on our Facebook group.

It’s that time of year again folks, don’t forget flu jabs!

4. Stock up on ketone strips in case of illness and if you have to go into hospital
take them with you.
