Up gradation of Soa from version 11.1.1.6.0 to version 11.1.1.9.0 in Oracle IPM

1. Make machines available for new environment
Pre-requisite check
Replicate the existing 11g Schema on DB server
Install 11116 environment on new Linux machine. Do not create domain.
Pack existing domain (old Linux machine) and unpack on New Linux machine
Setup WEC and WFR machines and configure them
Start servers on new machine and change the DS to new DB server
Smoke testing on new machine
Upgrade 11116 to 11119 on new machine
Smoke testing 11119 environment
Migrate schemas from new 11g DB server to 12c DB server
Change DS from 11g to 12c DB server
Smoke testing on new environment with pointing to 12c DB server
