 Sole Proprietorship- chose this because it was a family
  business
 What They Do
        - Manufacture clothes for the uniform industry.
 Have been in Business for 52 years
Background
 Great grandfather was a custom tailor for men's clothing
 Joes father opened up Greco apparel with the knowledge
  leaned from his father
 Started the business to provide better clothing and prices
 Joes training consists of a BBA from George Washington
 The company was a family business so already had a ton of
  experience from growing up
Success/Challenges

   Steady clients
   Good vendors
   Friendly, Knowledgeable, and hard working staff
 Challenges
   Companies buying less
   Bad economy
   Competition of outsourcing
Most Challenging Part
 Keeping clients happy
 Providing them with on time delivery as well as exactly what
  they asked for
 Doing all this also keeping the price competitive while also
  keeping up the quality
 These challenges were overcome by bringing in more
  business to make up for the loss

  • 2. Small Business  Company Name: Greco Apparel  Joe Greco- Owner  Met this business owner because my mother works for him
  • 3. Company Description  Sole Proprietorship- chose this because it was a family business  What They Do - Manufacture clothes for the uniform industry.  Have been in Business for 52 years
  • 4. Background  Great grandfather was a custom tailor for men's clothing  Joes father opened up Greco apparel with the knowledge leaned from his father  Started the business to provide better clothing and prices  Joes training consists of a BBA from George Washington  The company was a family business so already had a ton of experience from growing up
  • 5. Success/Challenges  Success  Steady clients  Good vendors  Friendly, Knowledgeable, and hard working staff  Challenges  Companies buying less  Bad economy  Competition of outsourcing
  • 6. Most Challenging Part  Keeping clients happy  Providing them with on time delivery as well as exactly what they asked for  Doing all this also keeping the price competitive while also keeping up the quality  These challenges were overcome by bringing in more business to make up for the loss
