– Home Care RN/Case Manager/Home Health Aide Supervisor. Assessing patients in the home care setting for home
care therapies. Arranging Nursing and Ancillary Care Service, Supervising Home Health Aides on the job, ensuring
quality patient care, Case Managing patients in the home. I have not yet left this position, however, I am looking for
more growth potential where I can utilize my MSN degree and extensive nursing background to include Nursing
Education and Administration.
Travel RN - EliteCare Medical Staffing - Fresno, Ca – December, 2014 to July, 2015
-Travel RN for various hospitals from South of Fresno to San Francisco Bay Area including Sierra View Hospital in
Porterville, Ca. and Oakland Childrens Hospital in Oakland, Ca. Worked on Telemetry, Med-Surg, Cardiac Step Sown,
Pediatrics and NICU. Returned to Chico to be closer to family and work locally.

-Responsible for all admissions of Long Term Care and Rehab patients to Skilled Nursing/Rehab facility.

Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum and Nursery RN
Chinle Indian Hospital - Indian Health Service - Chinle,AZ- January 1992 to May 1994
-L & D, Post-Partum,and Nursery nurse for rural frontier hospital on the Navajo Indian reservation. Delivered
services in a fast-paced,high-stress environment with responsibility for up to 7 laboring, 10 post-partum or 12
nursery patients at a time. Attended C-section deliveries, participated in codes,resuscitations, stabilization and
transport of critical patients, as well as caring for well and compromised newborns and post-partum patients.
