Objective
Caring, responsible, integrity-driven nursing professional with experience in a critical care setting, high volume

Nurse Navigator
 Managed 100+ patients by following care plan from start to finish, managed orders for patients and
ensured care plans were implemented.
 Triaged patient phone call, nursing phone call and all other phone calls requiring nursing
intervention or physician intervention.
 Completed and maintained all infection control logs, labwork logs, hospitalizations and
hospitalization prevention and fall report logs.
