9.  Maintenance activities are carried out in lean
period, with < 15% of available time on monthly
basis.

procure them.
 Maintain all relevant records depicting loco
utilisation, consumables used, materials consumed,
imprest accounts etc.,
 Generate and submit the bills for payment without
any delay

 VED analysis for materials requirement
 5 s, JIT, 7 QC tools
 Meet OHSAS, EMS & ISO requirements.
 Follow up of bills clearance with finance
department

11.  Have regular meeting with clients, to keep
updating their requirements to plan for
indenting locos to DLW, GOC etc.,
 Look at new scope of work like operation &
maintenance of client locos
 Any scope of business opportunities for other
divisions of RITES.

12.  Arrange to pay dues if any to staff, vehicle
contractor, house owners.
 Settle all dues to clients.
 Get cleared all payments from clients for
service rendered.
 Appraise CO.
