Those who are standing for the reinstatement of the Constituent Assembly in Nepal – that had
extended its tenure again and again - totaling more than double than it was popularly mandated for,
is completely undemocratic and a total violation of dignity of people -- in a democracy, if it is . . .
Those who standing for such restoration – that has also been rebuked by the highest court of the
land, have no faith in people, in democratic values, in independent judiciary and also do have no
courage and inspiration to lead the people and nation in a changed context with unflinching vigor and
inspiration - reevaluate many issues they were sticking with and redefine them.
But they have only groomed some dying and dirty greed for the political position and are conspiring
for that- a cowardice and inept act and attitude.
But it could be a measuring rod for we people for choosing and supporting the candidate, when
there will be the election in the country- NO VOTE FOR THOSE WHO ARE STANDING FOR
RESTORATION FOR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO FAITH UPON
PEOPLE AND DEMOCRATIC VALUES.

Communist parties have gained dominant position in Nepali politics. They were about two-third in
number in the last constituent Assembly- and all communist parties from minor to the largest ones
boasted of it in all their political debates every day from dawn to late night .
Madhes based parties also have been tirelessly claiming that they are the true democratic and
revolutionary parties.
This way all around the country from Himal to Terai new political forces have acquired prominence
over Nepali Congress and other centrist or right from the centrist parties.
But those parties that claimed truly representing the people’s needs, interests and their
sentiments, continue to assert that never in country’s history Nepal has suffered so much and the
country is on the verge of complete collapse. Even Prime Minister has uttered that the key to the
solution of the countries lies somewhere beyond the national border.
What has appeared as a crystal clear is that to destroy what we have is one thing, instigate
violence, conflict, division and instability and engage in loot, murder and wealth accumulation with
corrupt means is one thing – much easier; but to bring peace, stability in the country, lead people’s
strength and courage and capitalize people’s assets, raise their confidence and morale and pave the
way for growth and development is another thing.

4. Perhaps in the vocabulary Nepal’s communist parties – there are no words to represent values like –
peace, freedom, development and dignity of the people. Sadly these worthless and spineless people
have raped our democracy and corrupted the spirit and dignity of the nation and people.
