1. Feminism
It is the belief and aim that women should have same rights and
opportunities as men. It rises in society that women’s rights largely
violated, when man as head of power and ruler of women in life. Also
women objected at that time and men look at them as sexual subject and
using them just for pleasure. It starts to get the end of this straggle
between both gender also with the idea men and women are equal
economical and socially speaking.
Historically after industrial revaluation women were involve with
work and social economy to provide money to their families. After that
women in high class believe, they have rights to be equal in all aspects
of life. Feminism could be divided into three types of women’s
characteristic: first it is the female which is used to characteristic female
base on biologically build, feminist which is political dimension and
feminine.
Feminism as literally criticism, we could narrow into three female
critics groups. The first group focus on the males works how they
portrait female. They believe in this way they could gets women’s right
because they pictures female as weak and sexual member of society.
They should obey man, must always stay at home. While the second
group focus on others aspect rather than feminism, they focus on
naturalism, Marxism and psychological. However the last group focus
on structuralism or re-structure women’s right in the future.
When the feminism rise deal with women base on two aspects one is
sex and the other is gender. Sex is biological aspect while gender is
social contrast. But gender does not have any things to do with biology
2. but it has to do with social contrast, how you grow up and with whom
you inter act.
In addition feminism criticize language, some women’s critics
believes that language created by man and they are only gender could
able express their feeling successfully, also women have to own
particular language like men to express their though.
In conclusion feminism start to get females rights, teach male to
treatment female as independent gender not as sideway member in
society.
