develpoed in recent times.They undertake the 
work of recruiting personnel on behalf of the 
employers They charge a fees for his purpose.
Contractors: 
This method is very popular in our country for hiring 
skilled and semi-skilled workers.Many industires in 
India secure their manpower requirements through 
jobbers & contractors.s
Factory Gate: 
The concept of gate hiring is to select people 
who approach on their own for employment 
in the organisation.A large number of job 
seekers assemble everyday at the gate of the 
factory.
University or colleges 
Many organisation conduct preliminary search of 
prospective emlpoyess by conducting interviews at 
the campus of various institutes, university and 
colleges.This source is suitable for managerial 
posts ,trainee,scientist .
Waiting List:s 
Most employers maintain a data base with details 
of applications received from casual applicants as 
well as who were not considered earlier.
