Up to class 12, you gradually come near to a specific area.
By the age of 22, you should make a decision on what you
want from life. Question is how big is your playground?
Do not do something at this age that nobody understands.

4. Your country’s economy, your market, your family, and you
must align in the efficient exercise. If everybody is going in
different ways, then there will be no efficiency.
Look at Bangladesh’s success in agricultural research.
Look at Bangladesh’s inefficiency in the film industry.

Knowing only one subject is full of short sightedness.
Knowing many subjects is full of inefficiency.
You need to be an expert but open to diversity.
Thus you need to be a team player.
But you cannot join many types of teams.

A smart Bangladeshi knows how to sing, draw, dance, play,
and have ten groups of friends in different areas.
An efficient Bangladeshi knows a lot about one subject area
and knows the key players in that area. We have thousands of
efficient people and we need millions more.

Identify your focus area by the age of 25.
Become efficient by the age of 35.
Achieve big successes by the age of 40.
That is 15 years x 200 days x 8 hours = 24000 hours of hard
work in one area.

Inefficient life means no focus at the age of 30+, random work
hours in different areas, efforts in industry that is impoverished
and inefficient in the country, improvisation of efficiency, very
loose connections in multiple teams, and no retirement plan.
You need to avoid this type of inefficient life.
