they’re applying.

Measurable of Success
• The project duration is expected to be of 6 months (June-February).
• The project main objective is to-create a plan with routine, clear touchpoints in each
LnD and which kind of content we need to downscale. Also, this person will be
responsible to initiate the education for the LCs.
• It’s expected for the role to understand (or being open) to manage AIESEC Hub, well
communication with LC. Also, that this person has a very organized personal timeline to
follow all the needs that this role requires.
• You are required to create and conduct several educational materials for the LCs.
• You are also required to work on the people analytics for every quarters to understand
the needs and satisfaction of the members.

• The JD consists in working along with the current MCVP PM in creating and executing
the performance management of ATH.

• You are required to plan and execute the action steps for the implementation of the
Team Standard in LC level
• Also, this person will be responsible to initiate the education, national campaign and
coaching for the LCs.
• You are required to track LCs monthly for their team standard implementation through
the trackers and PM commission meeting
