The government of the Republic of Whoops Kiri has three branches: the lawmaking department, decision-making department, and jurisdictional department. The authority of the government comes from the people, and the constitution guarantees equal treatment under the law and human rights for all. The will of the people of Kiri is the basis of government authority, and the government aims to respect human rights, eradicate poverty, expand choices for citizens, and promote democratic values of participation, equality, security and development.

2. A Presidential-Democratic type of government with
three essential branches, namely: the LAWMAKING
Department, DECISION-MAKING Department, and the
JURISDICTIONAL Department.

3. “The government authority of the Republic of
Whoops Kiri is derived from the people and that the
handling of government authority shall be subject to
monitoring by the people. The constitution of the
Republic of Whoops Kiri states that everyone shall be
equal before the law and enjoy human rights.”

4. The will of the Kirians shall be the basis of the authority of
government of the Republic of Whoops Kiri. Kirians’ human
rights and fundamental freedoms are respected, promoted
and fulfilled, allowing them to live with dignity. The
government feeds into economic and social policies that are
responsive to Kirians’ needs and aspirations, that aim at
eradicating poverty and expanding the choices that Kirians
have in their lives, and that respect the needs of future
generations. The government also promotes democratic
governance as a set of values and principles that should be
followed for greater participation, equality, security and
human development.
