July 1999,
with the Registrar of Companies under Umbrella Company of KIKOS
CHEMICAL PRODUCTS LIMITED, based at Plot 548, Kitintale, on Portbell
road. It is a private limited company owned and managed by two highly
qualified and skilled personalities by the names of Mr. Arthur Gracious
Kikomeko and Engineer William Kikomeko both of P.O. Box 11609
Kampala.
1.2 PRELIMINARY WORK DONE TO DATE
The main objective of the company are inter alia to effectively distribute
and sell high quality paste coating systems and high quality decorative,
furniture, industrial and automotive paints. Apart from the distribution
aspect, the company has undertaken and completed several painting
contracts plus numerous maintenance and renovations related to
painting preparations for a variety of clients i.e. Knight Frank, Kings
College Budo, Aga Khan primary and Secondary Schools, Royal Impala
Hotel, CTM, The College Inn, plus numerous residential homes. The
Company has also successfully carried out an extensive range of paste
coating and spraying works.
