4. The aim of this project is to develop a business strategy
for organisation IWS that will improve the stamina of
IWS in the increasing competition.

• Previously there was no any application for the IWS
Company which could help it’s customer to
buy the electronic products.
• Till now this company was manually handling the data.

• IWS[INCISIVE WEB SOLUTION] Dealer
management is a mobile application that
reduces the manual work and enhance the
accuracy of the work.
• Customer in IWS management can Sign-up /
Login using unique username and password
which is handled only by the company.

6. • The company IWS will describe the details of
product.
• This project is use full to COMPANY and
DEALER.
• Company includes adding information about
goods, selling them to the Dealers, updating the
terms, payments as well as status of dileveryś.

• The company deals with dealer as well as
consumer(only when there is a complaints). It
includes product flow i.e. from company to
dealer.
• The IWS Company will sell the product to
dealer in wholesale price.
• Company will also help the dealers to solve
any customer returns or service needs.

• Dealer will login/sign-up to the system using
unique username and password.
• Whenever customer finds complaints in the
product then he will ask for help to the dealer
who will assure that error is solved as soon as
possible.
