Complain

Dears;
I began the project as a gesture of trust, first, in SITA and, second,in Eng. Ahmed Kayali ('Ahmad
Kayali'[ Ahmad.Kayali@sita.aero ] Mobile no.00966504272387: ) before issuingP.O. no.
3193000892 whopromised topay50% of the paymentas soonas the P.O.was issued. He did
not.And he continuedtomake promisesalongwiththe ProjectManagertopay up until I
finalized the partof the projectconcerning the Network &the power. Then, theybeganto
create problemsoutof the air.
The initial problemwasrequestingsomethingthatcannotbe done withinthe perioddesired
and before I evengota chance to respond, the projectmanagersentme anE-Mail informing
me that:
"The requiredpaymentonSaturday21st
of SeptemberisnotalignedwithSITA Payment
Termsmentionedinthe POwhichis(topay after45 days fromdate SITA Finance receives
invoice "
Andalsothat:
"Accordinglywe wouldliketoinformyouthatwe will proceedwith anothercontractorto
complete the stainlesssteel andglassboundarieswork."
That is nottrue. It is veryclearthat these were aseriesof preplannedstrategiestomake me
finishonlythe desiredpartinorderto finalize withthe currentcontractor.
Hence, naturally, Irefusedtoproceedbecause of these unprofessionalactions. Onthe 17th
of September,2019, Samir, the Manager askedme to hand overthe projecton the 19th
sayingthat otherwise,we willbothgetkickedoutbythe client.
My superiors hadalready discoveredthe game we were beingdragged intoand
nevertheless decidedtoproceed andconfirmedwithanemail onthe 20th
that we will start
on the agreedupondate. Whenwe wentthe 21st
, theywere alreadydone.
These actionsdidnotstop justthen. Finally, AhmedKayaliblockedourProjectManagerwho
isthe prime contact.Kindly, adviseusif there issomeone else tobe contactedtoresolve this
matterin additiontopayfor the subcontractor, the extrawork andthe laborcost forthe
delay.

, Whichwas not at the PO condition,
He didn'tkeephispromise ,Thislethis managerto call me at 17/9/2019 , askingto hand
overthe projectat 19/9/2019 , otherwise ,the clientwillkickoutbothof us .
