Go, Reach the Lost, and Disciple.
This Great Commission is a mandate for all believers and for all churches.
Go - the people are not going to come to you - you have to GO to them. This is for ALL believers and all churches - not just missionaries, preachers, or pastors.
Reach the Lost - There is a whole world of people out there that don't know Christ - even in our own backyards. Some people claim Christianity but don't have that personal relationship with Christ that is so imperative to salvation. Reaching the lost involves sacrifice. God sacrificed his Son for us - what are you willing to sacrifice for the lost.
Disciple - Ensure that all new believers understand what it means to be a born again believer. Guide and lead them so that they don't get discouraged and leave the faith.
God promises to be with you every step of the way - so you are not alone.

been given to me. 19Therefore go and make
disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy
Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I
have commanded you. And surely I am with you
always, to the very end of the age."
