with multiple authors, going through their works & experience etc.
Finalizing the T & C & MSS delivery schedule with them.
Ensure that group members (PMGs, Authors, Coordinators, DTP
and Proofreaders) respect deadlines mentioned in the timetable.
Continuous coordination with Authors through the PMG (Project
Management Group) members, during project development,
discussing with them regarding the features of the book or what new
can be done, make them aware about the reviews of their MSS. To
keep the authors motivated continuously by meeting with them
sending them new books or some other material of their subjects so
that they might not feel lost during the project.
To manage the whole BDP (Book Development Process) by guiding
& directing the PMGs, which includes Style Sheet preparation,
development of Sample Chapter, Coordination with Proof Reading
& DTP.
To make sure all group members do what is expected of them.
Coordinate the activities of the other specialists in the team.
