bear the total weight of the transformers, It should be provided copper bus for high voltage winding connecting.

Field test mode of transport
AC Voltage Withstand Test series resonant high-voltage field test equipment composed mainly of transport trailers and flatbed
carrier, as shown:
For safety considerations, the location of distribution, placed the control room set up power supply in front of the trailer
containers, the capacitive voltage divider placed in the rear of the trailer containers. As the capacitive voltage divider is light
weight, they can easily move out and placed in the ground to test; the excitation transformer and fixed reactors were placed in
the flatbed racks front and rear, increasing the air effective distance between the vehicle cab and the reactor; and flatbed frame
area of 7000mm × 2440mm, more suitable for relatively larger reactors placed.
Excitation transformer design into a horizontal structure, not only reducing its height but also increase its effective range to the
reactor; To appropriate increase height between reactor body and the support insulator of chassis , It is helpful to reduce the
vortex between the reactor and flat plate .
Each device are taken on a fixed effective measures when transport , such as reactor chassis fixed with flatbed by bolts,,
ensure that all equipment will not dislocation in outdoor transportation. The entire package complete with rain cover, to prevent
rain, dust into the test equipment and affect testing accuracy.
When conducting HV test, a staff person move out the capacitive voltage divider from the rear of the container trailer, and
put it on the ground and installed. Then get into the power control room to operate. Variable frequency power supply of

control room, keeping a distance from the platform more than 10m .When the test draws to a close, the power supply
cabinet will issue a beep alarm, notify the staff back to the power control room , turnoff the power to end the test, so that
you can greatly protect the safety of staff.
