I. Whole Set Basic Function Requirement:

≤ 10km long     220kV (1000 mm2)        XLPE cable AC Voltage Withstand Test.

≤ 10km long     220kV (2500 mm2)        XLPE cable AC Voltage Withstand Test.

 1. For 220kV      2500mm2 Cable Test
    The reactor inductance at 30Hz:

Reactor has to withstand the weight of special lifting devices and transportation fixed facilities. Reactor have considered
the internal structure of the normal rail and road transport remain unchanged after the mutual position, fasteners are not
loose. Reactor equipped with rain cover.

Control functions
        Variable frequency power supply have the automatic tuning, automatic boost, automatic test, test time can be set at

        It has the timing function for test, an accuracy of ± 1 seconds. When time is over, automatically output voltage back to
zero;
        Strong anti-interference ability, with series resonant reactor as a complete sets of the 100kV and above , 30kV / m
electric field frequency, the measurement precision and control and protection to meet the requirements;
        With a micro-printer, can print test parameters after test;



Frequency regulation: the rise and fall. Frequency regulation can general-tuning and fine-tuning, manual adjustment is
convenient; and have auto-tuning function;

convenient, can control the speed of regulating to ensure uniform and stable voltage fluctuation, with over-voltage output
protection, such as when more than setting voltage can automatic trip;
Protection
Frequency power supply over-current protection, IGBT fast over-current protection, when occur that automatically cut off
power supply output, and it with the corresponding instructions;
      Over-voltage protection measures to avoid test equipment or test sample set in the event of over voltage damage,
the protection of the accuracy of two level;


      Discharge protection function, do sets of series resonant test, load test product breakdown, the automatic cut off
the power output, frequency power supply without damage, and with a instruction ;


      Variable frequency power supply have shortage with input phase, overvoltage, undervoltage protection;


Oscilloscope with the power socket, partial discharge instrument dedicated synchronous power: 100V, 100W.

3. Exciter Transformer
Model: ZB-300/3*5
Structure:                                             Tank Type, Single-phase oil-immersed transformers for the self-cooling.
                                                       Low-voltage side of a double winding, HV side of the same volume as two
                                                       separate windings may be in series and parallel use.

Low Voltage Winding Rated Capacitance:                  300 kVA

Low Voltage Winding Rated Voltage:                     2*350V

Maximum Input Voltage:                                 857A

High Voltage Winding Rated Capacitance:                 2*150 kVA

High Voltage Winding Rated Voltage:                     2*5 kV

Running Time:             Running for 1 hour at Rated Current and the winding temperature rise less than 65k. Top oil temperature

Transformer oil temperature measured with a thermometer with Block and oil level indicator, and have the lifting device to
bear the total weight of the transformers, It should be provided copper bus for high voltage winding connecting.
Transformer internal structure should have no change of mutual position and no loose of fasteners after road transport.
Transformer components such as pipe, valves, and storage cabinet position, the structure and layout are not hindering
lifting, transport and transport in the fastening positioning.

Field test mode of transport
AC Voltage Withstand Test series resonant high-voltage field test equipment composed mainly of transport trailers and flatbed
carrier, as shown:




For safety considerations, the location of distribution, placed the control room set up power supply in front of the trailer
containers, the capacitive voltage divider placed in the rear of the trailer containers. As the capacitive voltage divider is light
weight, they can easily move out and placed in the ground to test; the excitation transformer and fixed reactors were placed in
the flatbed racks front and rear, increasing the air effective distance between the vehicle cab and the reactor; and flatbed frame
area of 7000mm × 2440mm, more suitable for relatively larger reactors placed.


Excitation transformer design into a horizontal structure, not only reducing its height but also increase its effective range to the
reactor; To appropriate increase height between reactor body and the support insulator of chassis , It is helpful to reduce the
vortex between the reactor and flat plate .


Each device are taken on a fixed effective measures when transport , such as reactor chassis fixed with flatbed by bolts,,
ensure that all equipment will not dislocation in outdoor transportation. The entire package complete with rain cover, to prevent
rain, dust into the test equipment and affect testing accuracy.


When conducting HV test, a staff person move out the capacitive voltage divider from the rear of the container trailer, and
put it on the ground and installed. Then get into the power control room to operate. Variable frequency power supply of
consoles and power cabinet between the measurement unit used fiber-optic to communications. It is good insulation and

high security. The staff start the power in power control room, set the test parameters, start test; and leave the power
control room, keeping a distance from the platform more than 10m .When the test draws to a close, the power supply


cabinet will issue a beep alarm, notify the staff back to the power control room , turnoff the power to end the test, so that
you can greatly protect the safety of staff.
