performance metrics for continuous improvement. Lowered average days to deliver from 5
to 3 days. Lowered daily SLA exceptions from 100 to 5. Increased percentage of on-time
delivery from 70% to 96%.
• Revamped security administration processes for SOX compliance. Transitioned security
provisioning of Level-1 applications to eliminate SOD issues. Created new processes for
data owner approval of access requests for Level-1 applications.
• Spearheaded implementation of new SOX monitoring process. Authored Sara Lee policy
and documented the procedures. Implemented tools to monitor databases and operating
systems. Designed and implemented SOX security incident tracking and resolution system.

as the project manager and project owner. Designed process for maintaining manufacturing
specifications. Established SPC strategy and created SPC charts for quality control.
Trained plant users in SPC techniques and LIMS operation.
• Influenced LIMS vendor to implement new modules of my design for microbiological control
and for management of USDA Non-compliance Records. Negotiated reduced cost in return
for marketing rights. Created database models, dataflow diagrams, and requirements.
Performed quality control, testing, and implementation. Trained plant microbiology and
quality assurance staff.
