1. Dealing with international companies is always a challenge because of differences in time zones,
languages, cultures and currencies. Having a local representative can alleviate most of the problems,
but there still remain the universal questions of service and support. My interaction with Ken Flott has
been in the service realm, and he has been exceptional.
I first met Ken on December 11, 2015, when I contacted my sales representative at QSR International
to enquire about purchasing an additional software license. Ken called me to explain he had taken over
the account, introduce himself, and learn about my particular installation. He promptly followed up
with an email with additional information he was able to uncover regarding my account. I am not used
to this kind of service from a national company, let alone an international company. Since then he has
been my go to person – someone who either solves my problem directly or is able to guide it through
customer service or tech support in Australia. As the face of an international company, Ken does a great
job instilling confidence in what is often a stressful relationship.
The word that comes to mind is Ken Flott is thoughtful – something is short supply in business
today. He is prompt, efficient, intelligent, courteous and respectful. I would be happy to have him be
the face of my company.
