Examples of Success Management Quick Win Strategies:
• Create a Success Advisory Board (SAB) and begin holding meetings to discuss,
assess and approve Success Initiatives. The SAB should have permanent members
• Assess scope of the team’s readiness for the initiatives
• Develop a Communication Plan to build awareness
• Conduct a Success Management Survey (Dare everyone to Disrupt/Improve)
• Define “QUICK WINS” * Define Reinforcements
• Plan Success Management Training * Measure Indicators
• Define and communicate criteria for standard pre-approved Success Initiatives
• Approve standard pre-approved changes
• Create a risk model (set of questions) that will help determine the risk and
impact of a Success Initiative
• Develop criteria for defining low, medium and high risks. (informal SWOT analysis)
• Define the criteria for emergency AUDIBLES / EXCEPTIONS

• Define a process for handling emergency CHANGES as they occur
• Appoint 1 or more Success Managers who have the authority to assess and
approve low risk enhancements
• Make a preliminary list of 911, 611, and 311 items:
911: MUST have management approval, urgent matters (License to
interrupt manager immediately)
611: EQUIP team members with FAQ-type OPTIONS they can access
at all times (even when managers are unavailable)
311: IMPORTANT, yet can email/vmail for future follow up
• Create and share a Success Calendar that shows the upcoming
changes/goals; POST in a highly-visible place for your TEAM.
• Begin conducting Post Implementation Reviews to identify
improvements, fine tune, keep or purge tasks as needed.
