All About Me
A- Read this text
Hello, my name is Selena ( es, i, el, i, en, ei ).Today is
Tuesday, April the thirtieth.It is cold and cloudy. It is Autumn.
Autumn is usually very cold , windy and wet .It sometimes rains.
Autumn starts on March the twenty first and finishes on June
the twenty first. It is afternoon. It is three o´clock.
My telephone number is zero two, zero two ,four three, seven
one .My internet address is Selena1 @( at) hotmail.( dot) com.
My favourite colour is blue, my favourite television programme
is The Walking Dead . I don´t like listening to the radio.
I live at 443 Lane Street in Manchester , a big city in England.
Manchester is in the middle area of England.
I am a student .I study at High school My school is called
Carnforth High School. It starts at eight o´clock and it finishes
at half past five .I always have lunch at school. I eat soup and

pizza. I sometimes eat fruit . My favourite fruit is apples. I
don´t like oranges but I can eat tangerines .My favourite food
is fish and chips.I also like broccoli and spinach a lot. Roasted
meat is my favourite.I can´t cook but I´m learning.
I´ve got two dogs .They are white , black and light brown.Their
names are Tom and Tim.I haven´t got any cats or birds .
At school my timetable is very busy. I ´ve got
Mathematics, Language, History, Geography, Social Studies,
Physics, Art, Music, P.E., Computing and Religion.

On Friday I ´ve got P.E . It is my Sports Day . We play sports
like tennis, football, rugby, basketball and baseball.We also
swim and do yoga .
After school, I have tea and cookies and then I do my
homework. I don´t help my mother with the house chores.I
don´t do the cleaning .I don´t lay the table. I don´t make the

beds.I don´t clean the floor.I watch tv , play computer games
and use the whatsapp a lot .
My brother likes listening to music and watching football
matches on television.He never helps my mother with the
housework. He is never at home in the morning because he goes
to school from a quarter past eight a.m. to a quarter to six
p.m.
He has got a beautiful girlfriend .Her name is Lisa . .She lives
in Liverpool.The Beatles lived there, too.I visited Liverpool last
year .It was very interesting .I bought some souvernirs and took
some pictures of the Beatles´first studio.
I often go to the club on Mondays and Fridays, twice a week.I
play basketball and hockey . My brother plays once a week, on
Thursdays. On Saturdays and Sundays , We go shopping and to
the cinema. My favourite place is the Soho, .I can buy trousers,
t-shirts, shoes, socks, jeans and jackets, there.They are cheaper
than in Harrods or any other shop downtown London .
My mother likes buying shoes and bags .I also buy cds.I love
rock music.I don´t like classical music. I usually go to music
concerts.My favourite band is The Rolling Stones.They are
awesome.

I don´t like reading the newspaper.I´m reading one of Harry
Potter´s books.I also like reading Charlie and the Chocolate
Factory, a story by Roald Dahl .
I´m reading chapter four now.It is very interesting .Charlie
learns about the five golden tickets. Each in a bar of Wonka´s
chocolate.
It is a very interesting book .There were six people in the family
They all lived in a very poor house and they always ate cabbage
in all meals .Their favourite food was chocolate but they…………..

Yesterday, I had an accident. I was walking along a very busy
street not far from my house and a bicycle ran over me. It was

not so serious, just some cuts and bruises all over my body but
I´m ok.
My mother was very worried. She took me to the hospital .They
gave me the first aid attention and told me to be more careful
next time when crossing the street.
The funny thing is that I was not crossing the street .I was
walking along the sidewalk.
