3. DEFINITION OF SELF-CONCEPT
Self-concept is the image that we have of
ourselves.
This image is formed in a number of ways, but is
particularly influenced by our interactions with
important people in our lives.

He was often praised by his parents, teachers and
friends. Because of that, he develop his self-
concept as a smart and clever individual.
6. DEFINITION OF SCHEMA
A schema is a cognitive framework or concept that helps
organize and interpret information.
Schemas can be useful because they allow us to take
shortcuts in interpreting the vast amount of information
that is available in our environment.
Schemas can contribute to stereotypes and make it
difficult to retain new information.
7. Because that ReeHan is smart, he has the schema
that he himself could always lead and order. Hence,
he doesn’t take suggestion from others.
9. DEFINITION SELF-SERVING BIAS
When we are taking in information and making
judgments about the world and events around us,
we don't always interpret these things objectively.
Cognitive biases often interfere with how we
evaluate information and arrive at decisions. One
such cognitive bias is known as the self-serving
bias.
10. In this video, ReeHan tends to take personal credit
for success while blaming his co-worker for failures.
12. DEFINITION OF ALTRUISTIC MODEL
Altruism involves the unselfish concern for other
people. It involves doing things simply out of a
desire to help, not because you feel obligated to out
of duty, loyalty, or religious reasons.

helping his colleague with selfless intention.
15. DEFINITION OF SOCIAL LEARNING THEORY
Social learning theory combines cognitive learning
and behavioral learning theory.
Albert Bandura integrated these two theories and
came up with four requirements for learning:
observation (environmental), retention (cognitive),
reproduction (cognitive), and motivation (both). This
integrative approach to learning was called social
learning theory.
16. In this video, we can see that at first ReeHan is an
arrogant person who does not take suggestion from
the others.
Afterwards, he changed his attitude when he found
out that everyone starts to isolate him.
He tried to approach Kaizer and he eventually
change his behavior.
