1. At the top of the page there will
be a mast head stating the
name of the magazine which is
'College Life' and above this
there will be a skyline used to
catch the reader's attention and
interest them in the magazine.
Below the mast head will be a
selling line with the
magazine's website address
which will widen the target
audience to more
technological people as the
magazine is shown to be
available both printed on
paper and online.
There will be a pug used in a bright
yellow or orange colour which will
force it to stand out amongst the
neutral background of either a
school building or a field, this pug
will include the affordable price of
the issue.
As my main image I plan to use a
male of around 5 foot 11 inches and
of a medium build. He will be
interpreted to be an important figure
either in the community or in the
school itself (shop owner, head boy)
which explains how he was chosen
to be featured on the front cover .
The male will preferably be tanned, if
not mixed race as I feel like this
shows an acceptance of all racial
groups into the college environment.
The model will be dressed in fairly
neutral clothing so as not to take the
attention from the cover line stories
which will be in a contrasting colour.
There will be one main coverline
stating the model's name along with
a coverline beneath in about the
model along with two other
coverlines explaining what is inside
the magazine.
At the bottom of the page in the right-
hand corner will be a barcode along
with the date of the issue of 'College
Life'.
