Objective
To design a logo for a company and create a business card and letterhead.
Process
I wanted to do something really cute for my logo and thought I easily do that if my business
associated with children in some way. I a named my fictitious company Little Hooligans. I thought
this was perfect because what is cuter than owls!? I got out my notebook and started sketching out
some of my ideas, then I started working in Adobe Illustrator to make my owl logo, letterhead, and
business card. Which was super fun!

Objective
To design a magazine cover with articles about myself to give my instructor an idea of who I am.
Process
At the beginning of the assignment I first asked myself this question, “What if I really was on a
magazine cover, what are some articles about me that I would actually feature in my magazine?”
And edited my picture in Photoshop, then created the rest of the magazine cover in InDesign.

Objective
To capture a quality photo with good light, sharp focus, and nice composition and to edit it in
Photoshop according to .
Process
First I chose my color scheme. I knew I wanted to take a picture of a sunset/sunrise and I
thought my color scheme would be cool to work with. I made a lot of changes to my original
photo to achieve my desired color scheme: I increased the levels and the vibrancy of the photo,
and also used the clone stamp and changed the gamma levels. I added the bars in the upper
right corner to show what my color scheme was. Then I found a great quote to go with my image.
I tried to keep my designs subtle and added them accordingly to help my photo flow nicely.

really fun to create an infographic for it. I did research to find interesting facts about Disney and
talked to my Dad who knows everything about Disney. I sketched out my ideas onto paper and
decided what I liked and didn’t like. I then got onto Illustrator and used the pen tool like crazy.

Objective
To create a web-page for a website.
Process
I started out by choosing my webpage mock-up to feature my fictional business from my
business identity project. I began sketching out my ideas on paper and brainstormed. I looked
at several examples of website layouts and other boutique pages to get some inspiration. The
message I wanted my viewers to get from my webpage, is that “Little Hooligans” Children’s
Boutique offers adorable clothing and other items for children that unique and fun but still
affordable. I simplified, got a rid of a few of things that were unnecessary. So it looked less busy
but I was still able to successfully represented the message I wanted to convey.

To code a webpage using HTML and CSS.
Process

adding my own content and tags to both.
