4. Communicate With Others Don’t let poor communication cause stress Make sure you communicate with your boss and co-workers. Talk about problems that arise in the office. Ask for help when you feel overwhelmed with a task. Take advantage of brainstorming with others in the workplace. Resolve any personal issues with people in the workplace to prevent stress at work.
5. WOW, you will feel better By utilizing better time management skills, becoming more organized ,and applying good communication skills , you can get rid of bad stress in your life. Not all stress is bad, but you don’t need the bad unnecessary stress to hold you back from your full potential.
