This document provides an overview of a community media project to document the transition of a railway area in Delft, Netherlands. The project aims to (1) stimulate historical awareness and connect the community by capturing stories of the area's transition, and (2) bring old memories back to life and make the future present through community media. The target group is citizens and visitors of Delft ages 12-75. Various media like internet, social networks, mobile phones, tv, and local events will be used by citizens to generate and share content in a coordinated way. The goal is to provide a deeper understanding and knowledge of not only the railway area but also the personal stories surrounding it.
