DIFFERENTIATION
WHY DON’T SKILLED AND
UNSKILLED WORKER SEGMENTS
NEED SEGREGATION?
There has been improvement in the
monetary compensations received by
the unskilled and semi skilled worker
segments. This has broken the
stereotypical economic barriers
between them.
More acceptance and organization in
the blue collared segments has made
it possible for them to start falling in
the mainstream of the job market. 
1 The work profiles of both segments are more or less
dependent on each other therefore segregating
them is not a very logical thing to do.
Differentiating workers on the basis of their work
profiles has been the reason behind the conventional
rift between the skilled and unskilled workforce. It
should be made sure that this rift doesn’t widen any
further.

By differentiating the work segments, we
would promote a non suggestible
approach of keeping one big chunk of
population in the same state of less
fortune. This ideology is neither ethically
nor socially acceptable.
Economically speaking, keeping a barrier
between two job-segments would result in
eventual creation of a mutually non
supportive interaction. This is not
favorable in terms of sustainable
economic development.
By providing greater number of
opportunities to the blue collared
workers, Just Jobs is putting
emphasis on bringing the previously
fringed economy sects into the
mainstream.
Better payment opportunities are
available for the workers hired
through Just Jobs. This is important
in creating a sustainable model of
economic collaboration.

emphasis on bringing the previously
