1.Influencer analysis

• Joint effort with LB.
• Juice will identify influential sites, media, bloggers,
  forums etc on contemporary art.
• Agree tag cloud, topics and categories
2. Create online press room

•   Set up
•   Link to Youtube and Flickr channels
•   Embed RSS feeds
•   Feed to other social media channels – Twitter, Facebook
    etc
3. Set up syndicator

• Create syndicator for Friendfeed
• Set up feeds to targets identified in Influencer analysis
4. Optimise blog

• Work with Mando to ensure Blog is having maximum
  SEO effect
• Embed Google analytics into blog
5. Training

• Juice to train relevant LB staff to exploit these tools and
  use existing Social Media channels effectively, eg twitter
  #tags, Mr Tweet etc
