3. Definition:
Stress is the reaction people have to
excessive pressures or other type of
demands placed upon them. It arises
when they worry that they can’t cope.
4. 1. General Stress: Everyone has this kind of stress, it resolves itself
within short period of time.
2. Cumulative stress: Stress builds up in your body, its more difficuilt
to alleviate your symptoms, you may have more serious physical
symptoms and mental anguish.
3. Acute Traumatic Stress: it is an critical incident stress, produce
psychological distress and give normal reaction to abnormal
events.
4. Post Traumatic Stress: several stress produced by several
psuchological trauma and it is long lasting.

performance and efficiency.
Too little stress may result in boredom.
Too much stress may cause an unproductive anxiety
level.
