The free classes will go on the regular holi-
day class break on December 21 through
January 4. Classes will resume on Monday

These classes are fundraisers for Spin for
THON. Reserve your bike and class time with
a monetary donation. Register today by con-

Expansion for Private & Semi-Private Pilates Training
We’re excited to announce the
upcoming expansion of our pri-
vate and semi-private Pilates
training service. A new, larger
space will feature brand new
equipment from Peak Pilates.
This new space will offer full stu-
dio capabilities for private train-
ing. Semi-private training will be
available for the reformer, tower,
chair, and small barrels.
