• Worked with Commanding Officer of Marine Corp Training Command Twentynine palms operations to develop presentations outlining issues with present organization and a proposal for organizational design.
• Organized administrative assistants into a team that updated the daily activities of the workgroup. This included mail routing, meeting protocols, and scheduling of resources such as conference rooms.
• Set up three fully function paper free administrative offices in the countries of Qatar, Jordan, and Kuwait.

an MCE-J facility.
- Corrected 6 delinquent entitlements and 11 travel claims back paying $45,000
- Initiated unit process to contract construction improvements, HVAC support, cellular
phones, data networks, site rent, and mission vehicles.
- Established MCE-J's first baseline budget of $250,000 and initiated orders in the
amount of $36,967.76. These purchases included vehicles for mission trips, new site
construction for the MCE-J office, installing air conditioning, and office partitions/
