BGEN JEFFREY F DELGADO AFP
Wing Commander, 15th Strike Wing
BRIGADIER GENERAL JEFFREY F DELGADO AFP is the Wing Commander of the 15th Strike Wing based at Major Danilo Atienza Air Base.
He graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1982 and the Philippine Air Force Flying School in 1983. He became an instructor pilot and a combat
aviator, proficient in both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.
His significant assignments include Commander, 596th Aerodrome Operations Squadron, 15th Strike Wing; Commanding Officer, Air Power
Institute; Group Commander, Tactical Operations Group 10, Cagayan De Oro; Director for Operations, 3rd Tactical Operations Wing; Executive Officer,
Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans, J-5; Asst Chief of Air Staff for Plans, A-5, and Deputy Wing Commander, 15th Strike Wing. Prior to assuming
his present position, Brigadier General Delgado was appointed as Senior Military Assistant to the President where he earned his first star.
His professional career was venerated by various awards and decorations that he received for valor and outstanding professional performance:
the Distinguished Service Star, Gold Cross, Bronze Cross Medal, Military Merit Medal, Silver Wing Medal, Military Commendation Medal, Gawad sa
Kaunlaran Medal and the Sagisag ng Ulirang Kawal. He earned a Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Development Management as well as
graduated with honors from the PAF Air Command and Staff College General Staff Course and the Joint Forces Staff College, Norfolk, Virginia, USA.

Chief, AFP Command Center
BRIGADIER GENERAL ROMEO T TANALGO AFP is the Chief of the AFP Command Center, after serving as the Commander, Joint Task Force
Sulu. A member of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1983, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Philippine Marine Corps, the
beginning of his impressive career in the AFP.
He served as the Commanding Officer of the 46th Marine Company, Battalion Commander, Marine Battalion Landing Team-5, and Commander
of 2nd Marine Brigade. Recognized for his skill as a staff officer, especially in training and education, Brig Gen Tanalgo became a Senior Tactical Officer
at the Philippine Military Academy, Chief of Staff of the Naval Education and Training Command, Chief of Staff of the Philippine Marine Corps, and Super-
intendent of the Marine Corps Training Center.
He attended the Australian Joint Warfare Course, Australian Command General Staff Course, and Maritime Studies from the University of Wol-
longong. He earned his Masters Degrees in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management and as well as a Graduate Diploma in
Management in Defense Studies from the University of New South Wales. All of these accomplishments were rewarded with numerous distinctions includ-
ing four Gold Cross Medals, two Bronze Cross Medals and five Distinguished Service Star Medals and other commendations for his exemplary service in
various positions of major responsibility.

Commander, Eastern Mindanao Command
LTGEN JORGE V SEGOVIA AFP assumed as the 6th Commander of the Eastern Mindanao Command on 17 April 2012. Prior to his designa-
tion in EastMinCom, he served as the Commander of the 10th and 2nd Infantry Division Philippine Army. A member of the Philippine Military Academy
Class of 1980, Lt General Segovia’s remarkable career in the AFP spans almost three decades. He served as the Chief of the Command Center General
Headquarters, AFP; Brigade Commander of 202IBDe, 2ID, PA; Battalion Commander of 76th Infantry Battalion, 2ID, PA; Group Commander of MIG15,
ISAFP; Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence, G2, Phil Army; Group Commander of ISG, PA; and Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, J3, AFP.
He attended the US Ranger Course at US Army Infantry School (CONUS), Criminal Investigation/Detection in US Army MP School., Ft Mc-
Clellan, Alabama, USA and Command and Gen Staff Course at Training and Doctrine Command, PA. He also finished the course of Strategic Business
Economics Program at the University of Asia & the Pacific. His wholehearted commitment, innovativeness, progressive thinking and meritorious achieve-
ments as a military professional earned him the admiration of his men and fellow officers in the organization in addition to earning him various military
awards and commendations.
