Procedure/ Rules
Earned Leave
  1. EL must be applied one week in advance.
  2. The requester has to first apply for the leave through the leave application form duly filled and signed to his immediate
     supervisor.
  3. The supervisor after verifying it with the Leave Register would approve or disapprove the leave and inform the requester of
     the leave status.
  4. The supervisor would further pass on the leave application to Personnel Department / Accounts Department for its proper
     accounting.

Casual / Sick Leave or Maternity Leave
  1. The applicant is supposed to fill in the leave application form compulsorily either before or after as the case maybe of
     availing the leave and get it signed by the immediate supervisor.
  2. The supervisor after verifying is supposed to pass on leave application to the personnel department or accounts department
     for the proper accounting.
  3. In the case of maternity leave will apply only those employees, who are not covered under ESI.
