Review Application undersection 30 of Employees old age benefits Act, 1976.

Reference to my application dated 30-08-2014, sent under certificate of posting. I would like to draw
your kindattentionthatmy above referred application which I sent to your good honor for review / re
consideration in respect of the pension retirement benefits, still is in abeyance for the reasons not
known.
My above referred application contents good and sound reason for review as under.
1. That Applicant was retired from service on 17-01-2011.
2. That applicant presented case for want of pension / retirement benefits before your good
honor on 25-01-2011.
3. That your good honor did not consider / proceed with the case of applicant on the ground of
dispute of date of birth and further advised to bring decree in respect of date of birth and new
CNIC.
4. That the applicantpreferredto file case before the competent court of law which proceedings
continued in suit and appeal and finally decided in my favor on 30-07-2012.
5. That applicantafterobtainingdecree andjudgment approachedNADRA (NATIONAL DATA BASE
AND REGISTERATION AUTHORITY) for issuance of new CNIC.
6. That soon after the issuance of CNIC by NADRA ((NATIONAL DATA BASE AND REGISTERATION
AUTHORITY), the applicant produce the new CNIC card copy before your kind honor and
prayed for pension employees old age benefits from the date of retirement.
7. That your kind honor allowed pension benefits to applicant from 01-01-2012.
8. That applicant being aggrieved preferred to send the above referred application for
re consideration / review of the matter.
9. That applicantabove referredapplication is still in abeyance even no notice calling to hear the
applicant as required under section 30 has been issued.
10. That the applicant has also not been informed by the institution that what action in the above
referred application is taken.
11. That rightof informationisaguaranteed and secured fundamental right of every citizen under
the constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan.

2. It istherefore requestedto kindlyreview the case of applicant in terms of section 30 of Employees
old age benefits Act, 1976, Andafteraffordingopportunityof being heard allow to the applicant
pension / old age benefits from the date of retirement, i.e. 01-01-2011.
Copiesof earlier application along with enclosures and certificate of posting is attached here with
for reference.
