prefer first trust deed investments.
• Southern California areas near employment

over areas that are economically depressed,
or farther from business/residential centers.

• Properties that could reasonably be sold or
leased out, in the event of a foreclosure, may
also represent a reduction of risk.
• As hard money direct lenders, we provide real

closed, so that as the investor is considering
the investment, they can review the final

statement, and in some cases, invest in a loan
where the first, or first several monthly
payments have already been received.

requirements, can be divided into three primary
categories:
• Non owner-occupied, non consumer-purpose
loans. These loans are secured by real
property other than the borrower's residence
and the intended use of the loan proceeds is
generally for business or investment
purposes, rather than for personal, household
