That regions and division offices may carry out
their roles and functions leading to the
implementation of ASP projects and activities
throughout the year.

5. HOW FUNDS SHOULD BE
UTILIZED PROPERLY
a. Have a Budget Plan for each activity
b. Make sure that each activity is aligned with the
approved allocation
6. RESTRICTIONS
• Personal Services such as salaries, overtime pay, and honoraria;
Operational Expenses such as utilities (water, electricity, internet
connectivity, among others) funded from the regular Maintenance
and Other Operation Expenses , and
Capital Outlay such as purchase of
equipment and gadgets
7. R E M I N D E R S
• USE THE FUNDS
Allocated fund is appropriated within the
given year .
LIQUIDATE.
“No liquidation report, No downloading of
fund” policy shall be observed . Submit
report on time.
