menu and complete all work on this page.
2. Read Handouts:
 Assignment Sheet
 How to Write a Self-Evaluation
3. Study slidedocs 1, 2, 3, and 4. Go through them once quickly, just
to familiarize yourself with the content. You will work more closely
with them as the project progresses.
4. Open a document file and follow the directions in slidedoc 2 under
“Project 1 Memo Report Format” to create the memo report
heading and write the introduction.
5. Study Slidedoc 1 more closely before doing Blog Post 1.
6. Blog Post 1 Due: Wednesday, August 28. Go to the course blog on
the project page and follow the directions.
7. Blog Post 2 Due: Sunday, September 1. Go to the course blog on
the project page and follow the directions.

LABOR DAY: UI is closed Monday 9/2.
Open slidedoc 2 and follow the directions to format the memo report,
write the introduction, and follow the requirements in each of the
steps to complete the audit and write those sections.

Peer Review Memo Report Part 1 Due: Wednesday, September 11.
Finish drafting the report, proofread, go to the Peer Review Forum, and
follow the directions to post your draft.
Peer Review Memo Report Part 2 Due: Friday, September 13. Go to
the Peer Review Forum and follow the directions to respond to a
peer’s draft.

PROJECT 1 DELIVERABLES DUE: Sunday, September 15. Submit your work as follows to
the submissions drop box located at the bottom of the project page:
 Self-Evaluation (see the instructions under Handouts on the Project 1 page.
Compose in Word, then cut and paste into the submission box.
 Deliverable: Communications Self-Audit Memo Report: Submit your report as a
Word or PDF.
To avoid a point penalty, verify your submission. Do not rely solely on BbLearn’s
confirmation that your work submitted. You need to check that your work submitted
correctly.
This means you need to go back to the drop box after submitting your work and open
your document files. If one or more files didn’t submit correctly, upload them again
because I grade only the last submission.
