• Organization of the 11th General Assembly (9-10 June 2011)
The GA is composed of Heads of National Regulatory Authorities or, in the absence of an
independent regulatory authority, by representatives of Ministries in charge of energy and is
responsible for approving high level orientations, operational guidelines and recommendations, as
well as the annual revision of the Work Plan and Budget.
