ATTENTION? My Observations: on a friend’s SPORTS STORE 2nd Assignment: Crash Course on Creativity by Stanford University

Simple, decent and
easy to read billboard

Small shop, no
door only a shutter but looks good compare to other shops in similar vicinities
4.
Congested space, two
persons can’t walk together, not a customer friendly environment
5.
Some goods are organised
by function Some are not

No lettering, difficult
for customers to find things themselves

Salesmen are friendly
but trying to deal in too many things in a small shop: • Wholesaler of shoes, raquets, balls, shuttlecocks • Retailer of Cricket, Soccer, All Raquet Sports, Swimming, Shoes etc.

OPPORTUNITY/RECOMMEDATION: 01 BRANDING: Make
your Shahraj Sports products for increased marketing and visibility

OPPORTUNITY/RECOMMEDATION: 02 BE ORGANISED:
Allocate space by function and make it easier for customers to browse through

a small shop but change the interior; let customers walk around and find what they need
