3. Story Plot
I have a best friend who named Jordan , he came from a poor family but the
thing that I admired the most from him is that he never complain about his
situation now and also study hard to move forward his big dream. I always learn
something new from him and he also teaches me and motivates me at all.
However , he also made a promise that he will buy me a set of McDonald if i get an
A+ in the final exam. Lucky, I get 90% in the exam.
One day , I had banned from Taylor's University because of my bad attendance.
I felt self-abandoned and met some bad friends. We planned to kidnap a children
who walked alone at the back valley and started to blackmail some money from
his parents. But unfortunately this was soon seen through. We were under arrest
and have to sleep in jail.
When I was released all my friend were trying to distance themselves from me.
I was so sad and I thought that Jordan will never be friend with me again and hate
me but it isn't like that .When he heard that I was released, he come to visit me at
my house.
5. Observational Learning

those action from a model.
• Observational learning is shown here because Jordan always covers all the
troublesome things and never complains about his situation now.
However ,he also a person in well-behaved like helping and motivating others
so Nicholas decided to learn something new by observing Jordan’s behavior.
6. Extrinsic Motivation
• Extrinsic motivation means when someone is motivated by certain
action in response to the external pressure or responsibility and it could
be used to avoid the punishment or used to earn tangible rewards.
• Nicholas scored an A+ in his final exam as he was motivated by the
reward that was offer to him.
7. Social Influence
• The process by which one’s thoughts and action are effected by others.
• The outcome can whether be good or bad.
• The boy was arrested because he was involved with kidnapping case as
he was influence by his new bad friends
8. Cutting Off Reflective Failure (CORFing)
• Distancing ourselves from others who have failed or behaved badly.
• All his friends are trying to avoid him because he is a criminal.
9. Automatic Processing
• Respond to information automatically and without taking time to
think about it.
• When the police rush into their hiding spot, Jordan heart rate likely
to speed up. He know if he move he will get shoot. So, he
automatically stop running and let himself arrested.
10. False Consensus Effect
• The tendency of people to overestimate
the number of people who act or think as
we do .
• False Consensus effect are shown here
because everyone was trying to avoid
Nicholas so he belief that Jordan will act
the same way towards him but he did not
do that. When he get home, he was
surprise to see Jordan in his house.
