In this mode, the dialer software makes calls sequentially and works only for
one agent. The agent is still logged in, and the prospect has no wait time. A
great way to get conversions is because a real agent greets a real person. It's a
good solution if you're looking for new leads and want to add a more
personal touch to get better conversion.
A Preview dialing mode that involves manual intervention. The agent can see
a list of numbers he wants to call and can call them by clicking on one
number at a time. He does not dial the number but clicks on the number to
call it. It is ideal if you have pre-qualified leads or are making a follow-up
call.

hierarchy must be respected since a call center comprises several agents who report to
