Significance of the Study
1. Related teaching activities affect the working efficiency and general wellbeing of teachers. Due to the many subjects handled by them and variety of
related teaching activities expected of them, they are often at loss as to what
3. activities they should focus upon. Sometimes, they cannot teach well in their
teaching time due to these related teaching activities.
2. The results of the study may guide the supervisors and administrators in
planning a better school programs that would meet the needs of the students
and at the same time involve the teachers in teaching related activities without
adversely affecting their maximum working efficiency.
3. The findings of this study may also pave the way for harmonious supervisorteacher relationships. If teacher’s motives and preferences are taken into
consideration, the teacher may be better motivated as highly encouraged to
perform better which hopefully, affect better teacher and pupil growth.
